In a world that’s cluttered with nutrition misinformation, biased opinions and unfounded health claims, Nutrition Speak helps to crack the nutrition code by providing trusted, professional dietary advice based on the scientific evidence, and nutritious meal solutions that are easy, delicious and able to be enjoyed long term.

My parents always appreciated good, wholesome food. My mum (originally from Germany) loved to experiment with different cultural recipes, and my dad was a keen spear fisherman, so we always had fresh fish and lobsters, plucked straight from the sea, on our dinner plate. We travelled around Europe in a campervan for 6 months when I was eight, which further opened up my eyes to the vast array of wholesome and nutritious foods that the world has to offer.

All of these influences helped to pave my path to a career in nutritional health and wellbeing. After graduating with a Master of Science in nutrition and dietetics in 1994, I worked in the field of public health nutrition, corporate nutrition and health writing, before establishing Nutrition Speak in 2007.

Nutrition Speak was created to help Australian brands and businesses with their nutrition dialogue, whether it be communicating good nutrition messages to their consumers or getting the right nutritional profile for their products and menus.

So here I am, a passionate dietitian and foodie, offering brands and business an array of professional nutrition services, and for those who just love eating, inspiration to embrace a healthy lifestyle through tasty, back-to-basic foods.
